Tier 1: In-Kind Donation

Description of Tiers: Tier 1 is designed for bars that want to contribute to “Pour it Forward” with minimal time or resource commitments. This tier offers full flexibility in how you choose to donate—whether through a gift card, a set dollar amount, or a percentage of your sales for the night. It’s an excellent option for businesses that want to show their support for the community and help out without needing to alter their regular operations.

Gift Card Donation: You can donate a gift card from your bar, which will be used as a raffle prize or for fundraising. Dollar Amount Donation: Choose to donate a specific dollar amount, which can be collected through your sales or given directly to the event. Percentage of Sales: Opt to donate a percentage of your sales for the event night (e.g., 10% of sales between 6-9 PM). Raffle or Donation Jar: You can also participate by setting up a donation jar or hosting a simple raffle to raise funds.

Tier 2: Specific Cocktail/Beer & On-Site Rep

Tier 2 is for bars that want to engage more directly with “Pour it Forward” by offering a featured cocktail or beer during the event. A liquor representative or brewery rep can also be present on-site to help promote the featured drink, engage with guests, and boost the event’s energy. Bars can also set up donation jars or raffles to further increase support.

Featured Cocktail/Beer: You will highlight a specific cocktail or beer during the event, allowing for a fun and unique promotion that can generate buzz and a portion or all proceeds from the sale will be donated.

Tier 3: Combination of In-Kind Donation & Featured Cocktail/Beer

Tier 3 is the perfect blend of Tiers 1 and 2, offering bars the chance to contribute both an in-kind donation (such as a gift card, dollar amount, or percentage of sales) and a featured cocktail or beer. This tier allows bars to have a greater impact on the event while still maintaining flexibility. In addition, liquor reps can be on-site, and you may also host raffles or set up a donation jar for additional support.

Tier 4: "Takeover Lite"

Tier 4 is for bars that want to take a bigger role in the “Pour it Forward” event by hosting a partial takeover or setting up a satellite bar for a set number of hours. This level includes support from the host bar staff while allowing the “visiting” bar to showcase its drinks and possibly some of its staff. It’s a great way to foster collaboration between businesses while still maintaining the atmosphere of the host venue. We have two options for this tier, one or more guest bartenders on site to represent their establishment or a satellite bar.

Tier 5: "Takeover Heavy" or Surrogate Bar

Tier 5 is the most involved level of participation in the “Pour it Forward” event. In this tier, the visiting bar staff, cocktails, and even food may take over the host venue for a full event, creating a unique experience for both bars. To ensure everything goes smoothly, the Pour it Forward team will contact you directly to curate an event tailored specifically to your venue. We will work closely with you to ensure the takeover is as seamless and enjoyable as possible, taking into account your preferences and operational needs.
